Founder, Eating for Fuel
Eating for Fuel is about custom tailoring a plan to your needs and supporting you through the process, it’s not about fad dieting.
Changing your body composition with Eating for Fuel is a fat reduction approach that entails getting a Resting Metabolic Rate and a body fat test, I have referrals for both. We then talk about your goals, I set your total daily calories, protein, fat and carbohydrate and teach you how to track your daily totals. We communicate often to support you through the process
My Story
I know how it feels to be overweight and frustrated with the process, but persistence and consistency is key. I am equipped to help you sail smoothly through the process, knowing there might be rough weather sometimes.
I have a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology and more than 25 years of clinical experience. I have worked in the nutritional supplement industry for 10 years, and have a Health Coaching Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
I have been married for 30 years and have two adult children. I am a competitive athlete. My athletic background started as a child where I began as a vaulter (gymnastics on horseback) and showing horses, then I was a competitive swimmer in my late 30’s until 2014. Since 2010, I have been a competitive rower that takes me to national and international competitions rowing as an open and lightweight rower.
I have a passion for helping people feel better in their own skin. We only have one body and one life, and I would like to help you live and feel your best.
